Walking distances to the downtown region, public library, and even pretty darn close to NAU!!! Spacious living room and HUGE kitchen!! It's a 2 bed/1 bath. If my current roommate decides to reside here still I can make him pay utilities and you and I will just split the rent (475/each) I do have a dog, but she's a good dog and warms up to you nicely.
