I'm a graduate student at NAU and I live in Flagstaff, but I'm starting an internship in August in Spring Valley. With the price of gas on the rise, I'm looking for a room to rent, but would usually only stay one or two nights a week to cut my commute. I would prefer something close to Spring Valley or Cordes Junction, but Camp Verde or Prescott/Prescott Valley/Dewey would work, too.
I'm a very clean, friendly, non-smoker. I don't mind helping with my share of the housework and cooking. I do have a friendly medium-size dog that may travel with me on occasion, so a pet-friendly household would be nice, but not a must. I also don't mind doing a little extra around the house in exchange for rent if that works for someone.
